The prevention

To examine corresponding loose leaves on presence of impregnations of extraneous particles, in the presence of similar defects it is necessary to find out an origin of these alien particles.

Necks of a cranked shaft. To measure deviations from цилиндричности (конусность) and круглости (ovality) by means of the indicator or a micrometer. If the sizes and the form of necks are in admissible limits, it is necessary to write down results of measurements for the subsequent selection of the complete set of loose leaves. If unsatisfactory, it is possible to restore a condition of necks рабоспособность a shaft repolishing of necks. Shaft with накатанными галтелями are subject to replacement.
The prevention

To check up an arrangement of ledges of the radical bearing. If they are located not in a line, a cranked shaft will drive, and is subject to replacement.



To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. New loose leaves 120,121, a cranked shaft 119.
2. Covers of 122 radical bearings with new loose leaves. Not to tighten bolts 123. Preliminary to oil loose leaves.
3. To establish heads of rods with new loose leaves 158 on necks of a cranked shaft.
4. Covers of rods with new loose leaves. Not to tighten шатунные bolts 156. Preliminary to oil loose leaves.
5. Blows of a hammer with rubber brisk on the ends of a cranked shaft to centre persistent bearings 121.
6. To tighten bolts of radical bearings the moment of 50 Nanometers., then in addition to tighten their turn on a corner 45 –60 . To check up an axial backlash of a cranked shaft. It should be within 0,07–0,30 mm.
7. To tighten bolts шатунных bearings the moment of 25 Nanometers., then in addition to tighten their turn on a corner 30 .
8. To measure lateral backlashes of all rods. Backlashes should be within 0,07–0,242 mm.
9. The oil pump 137.
10. New forward consolidation коленчато го a shaft, using adaptation KM-417.
11. A back cover of a gear belt.
12. A cogwheel 141.
13. The oil pallet 125.
14. New back consolidation 117.
15. A flywheel to tighten bolts the moment of 35 Nanometers, then in addition to tighten turn on 30 –45 .
16. A gear belt and a cover.
17. A pulley to tighten bolts the moment of 55 Nanometers.
18. Spark plugs.
