PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To lift the car and to fix in appropriate way. 2. To lift one of levers of a suspension bracket by means of a hydraulic jack and a suitable assembly support. To remove a bolt 8 and a nut 9. 3. To substitute a hydraulic jack under the second lever and to remove fastening of the shock-absorber 7. 4. To lower an a bit hydraulic jack and to dismantle a spring 28 and the top elastic ring 29. 5. To lift it is a little lever a hydraulic jack and again to attach the shock-absorber 7 to a beam 26 bolt 8. 6. To execute operations 3,4 and 5 on other party of the car. To arrange a hydraulic jack in the middle under a beam of 26 suspension brackets. 7. Fastenings to the bottom of the Body of brake pipelines. To place brake hoses and cables of a lay brake in deepening of the bottom of the Body. 8. A bolt 23 and a nut 21 from an arm on the Body bottom. If necessary to use a screw-driver as the lever to press a hinge eye. 9. To lower it is a little beam 26 back suspension brackets and to fix a bolt 23 earring from complete set КМ-158 in an arm of the hinge of a back suspension bracket. For simplification of dismantle of plugs to heat up eyes of levers to temperature 50–75 S.Nagrev to make hot air from a pneumatic network. 10. For dismantle of the plug from a lever eye to execute following operations. 10а. To establish adaptation KM-158 on an eye of the lever with the plug 22. 10б. To put on a bolt entering into assembly complete set КМ-158, a washer with face ledges, to insert a bolt into a plug aperture, then to put on it a persistent washer. 10в. To rest a stripper washer against an end face of the plug 22 and to screw on a bolt a nut. The prevention To cut ножовкой two grooves at an end face of the old plug 22 under ledges of a washer of a stripper. 10г. Rotating adaptation KM-158 bolt, выпрессовать the plug from a lever eye.

1. For plug installation in a lever eye to execute following operations. 1а. To establish adaptation KM-158 on the suspension bracket lever. 1б. To prepare and partially to collect assembly adaptation KM-158. 1в. To establish the new plug 22 on a bolt, preliminary having inserted it into an eye aperture. To turn the plug in specified in fig. plug Orientation at installation position concerning a lever eye. To expose arrows on adaptation KM-158 details according to a face label, fig. Installation and dismantle of the plug from an eye of the lever of a back suspension bracket see. 1г. To screw a nut on adaptation KM-158 bolt. 1д. Rotating adaptation KM-158 bolt, запрессовать the plug in a lever eye. At correct installation the back end face of the plug should settle down заподлицо with a lever eye. 2. To remove earring КМ-158 from an arm of a suspension bracket and to establish on a car opposite side. 3. To dismantle old and запрессовать the new plug in the second lever of a suspension bracket, operating similarly. 4. To raise a beam of a back suspension bracket by means of a hydraulic jack and to connect eyes of levers to arms of a suspension bracket bolts 23. To screw nuts 21. To lower a jack. 5. To establish the bottom buffer of a spring 27 on the lever, the top elastic ring 29 in a glass of the Body and a spring 28. 6. To lift a hydraulic jack the lever of a suspension bracket and to connect to the lever the bottom eye of the shock-absorber 7. To lower a jack, to establish a spring 28 and the shock-absorber 7 on a car opposite side, operating similarly. To lower the car. 7. To tighten bolts of fastening of a beam of a back suspension bracket in such position of levers which corresponds to a static course of a suspension bracket at the equipped weight of the car.
